Wakame Noodle Soup
- ½ onion, diced
- 2 carrots, sliced thinly diagonally
- 2 celery sticks, sliced thinly diagonally
- 1½ litres of Water
- 1 tsp Natural Sea Stock
- 2 Tbsp Soy Sauce
- 2 Tbsp Oyster Sauce
- 2 Tbsp Miso
- 2 Tbsp Wakame, chopped
- 8oz Noodles (of your choice)
- 8 oz Tofu (optional)
1. In a large pan add all the ingredients except the Wakame and noodles.
2. Cook for approximately 30 minutes.
3. Add Wakame and cook for an additional 10 minutes.
4. Add Noodles and Tofu (if using) as per packet instructions.
