Carragheen Baileys Dessert


  • 10g Carragheen
  • 500 mls of milk
  • 10 mls of Baileys
  • Tsp of honey
  • Coco Powder

1. Rinse the Carragheen and remove any shells.

2. Place the Carragheen in a pan with the milk and allow to soak for 10 minutes.

3. Bring to the boil and allow to simmer gently for 20-30 minutes.

4. Strain the mixture through a sieve.

5. Add the Honey and Baileys to taste.

6. Mix and pour into moulds and allow to set.

7. Sprinkling of Coco Powder.
