Crisps (Dulse or Sweet Kombu)
Eat these as soon possible after they have cooled, while they are still really crisp!
- 1oz / 25g Dulse and / or Sweet Kombu
- 1 or 2 Tablespoons (15g) butter.
1. Snip the Dulse and / or Sweet Kombu into bite size pieces.
2. Heat the butter in a frying pan over a medium heat.
3. Add the Dulse and / or Sweet Kombu and fry, turning occasionally until they change to a paler colour and begin to bubble slightly.
4. Remove, drain on paper towel, allow to cool and serve.
