Carragheen Autumn Fruits
A simple, low-carb, healthy dessert!
- 10g Carragheen
- 500 mls of milk
- Raspberries, Blackberries or other fruits of your choice
1. Rinse the Carragheen and remove any shells.
2. Strain the mixture through a sieve.
3. Bring to the boil and allow to simmer gently for 20-30 minutes.
4. Place the Carragheen in a pan with the milk and allow to soak for 10 minutes.
5. Add fruits of your choice, raspberries,
6. Mix and pour into moulds and allow to set.
