Also known as Kelp, Kombu is a thick flat seaweed cultivated naturally off the coast of the North West of Ireland. Versatile ingredient which can be added to soups, used as a wrapper or eaten in it’s dried form as a snack. Kombu is high in Iodine, Vitamin K, Magnesium, Calcium and Iron.
